1. Introduction
Welcome to iTyreCare Auto Service Center ("iTyreCare," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our auto repair and maintenance services at our workshop located in Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By requesting or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
iTyreCare provides a comprehensive range of automotive services, including but not limited to:
- Tyre sales, replacement, repair, and balancing
- Wheel alignment and balancing
- Car battery replacement and testing
- Car AC repair and gas refilling
- Brake pad and disc replacement
- Engine oil change and filter replacement
- Car window tinting
- General car repair and maintenance
- Vehicle diagnostics and inspection
- Mobile roadside assistance services
3. Service Estimates and Pricing
3.1 Quotations
All price quotations provided are estimates based on the initial assessment of your vehicle. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of parts discovered during service and any additional work required.
3.2 Additional Work Authorization
If during the course of servicing your vehicle we discover additional repairs or parts are needed beyond the original estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. No additional work will be performed without your consent, except in cases where the safety of the vehicle or its occupants is at immediate risk.
3.3 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and debit cards
- All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT
- Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received
4. Warranties and Guarantees
4.1 Parts Warranty
All new parts installed by iTyreCare carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
4.2 Service Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Labor for services performed is warranted for a period of 30 days or 1,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) from the date of service, unless otherwise specified for particular services.
4.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Parts not supplied or installed by iTyreCare
- Damage resulting from failure to follow maintenance recommendations
- Consequential or incidental damages
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its service history
- Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before leaving it with us
- Ensure your vehicle registration and insurance are valid and up to date
- Pick up your vehicle within 48 hours of receiving notification that services are complete
- Inform us of any known issues or symptoms your vehicle is experiencing
6. Vehicle Storage
While we take reasonable care of vehicles left in our facility, iTyreCare is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles. Vehicles left for more than 7 days after service completion without prior arrangement may be subject to storage fees of AED 50 per day.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- iTyreCare's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or defects in your vehicle that may become apparent during or after service
- We are not liable for delays caused by parts availability or circumstances beyond our control
8. Test Drives
For quality assurance purposes, our technicians may need to test drive your vehicle before and/or after servicing. By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize such test drives. Test drives will be conducted responsibly and only to the extent necessary to verify the repair or diagnose the issue.
9. Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days without communication or payment will be considered abandoned. iTyreCare reserves the right to apply a mechanic's lien and pursue legal remedies to recover outstanding charges, including but not limited to auctioning the vehicle in accordance with UAE law.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process customer information in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws. Information collected is used solely for service provision, communication, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide our services.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the iTyreCare website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of iTyreCare and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services shall be:
- First attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our management
- If unresolved, submitted to mediation in Dubai, UAE
- Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
14. Modifications to Terms
iTyreCare reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
